Immediate Execution

V-Fill supports limit orders that are either FOK (fill or kill) or IOC (immediate or cancel). Every order is filled, partially filled (if IOC), or canceled/rejected within 20 milliseconds. If an order is rejected, a quote is published within the reject message for a fill. Customers can also choose to submit orders outside of the market for auto fills – Best price is always guaranteed.

Liquidity

We offer enhanced liquidity for every order during any market condition other than a trading halt, including:

• Buy, Sell, Sell Short and Sell Short Exempt order types

• Listed and OTC securities (including baskets)

• All classes of stock (Class A, Class B, Preferred, etc.)

As principal in the transaction, V-Fill ensures that we have liquidity at all times for all open securities. The bottom line – we will give you a market for all orders to be immediately filled.

Affirmative Determination (Locates)

As part of our regular liquidity service, we are able to locate upon request with V-Fill order flow. Alternatively, for those that wish to send order flow elsewhere, we provide a locate-only service.

Pricing

V-Fill is designed to ensure a fair market and our proprietary algorithms coupled with our trading experience allow us to efficiently manage trading portfolios. This, and our status as a self-clearing broker-dealer, provides you with excellent pricing but, despite our best efforts, there may be instances where you incur a premium for immediate execution.

The V-Fill execution system may be accessed directly via FIX connections from your proprietary OMS or through such popular order management systems as those from Goldman Sachs (REDIPlus^®) and Sterling Technologies. To facilitate your trading we offer connectivity through major extranets (such as Savvis and BT Radianz) as well as Internet VPN.
